OMS entered Ukraine in 2003 and began a partnership with Light of Hope Church. Besides working with the church, OMS also started an outreach ministry to English-speaking college students and discipled new believers.

OMS is partnering with Evangelism Explosion III through the Every Community for Christ (ECC) program in church planting and with International Partners for the English ministry.
